Jeffrey W. Pfeil President CSM, RPA Jeff@pfeilco.com	Jeffrey Pfeil is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) as designated by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a Real Property Administrator, as designated by the Building Owners and Managers Association, as well as a real estate broker licensed in New York. Working closely with prominent upstate New York retailers and developers for the past 24 years, Jeff has acquired recognized expertise in retail and commercial leasing, marketing, management, and development and/or revitalization of shopping centers and office buildings. His comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, costs, and management is particularly valuable to commercial developers. Jeff is a past president of the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation and former Chair of the Community Development Block Grant Committee. He chaired the 2001 Saratoga Springs Comprehensive Plan Review Committee. He is also a founding board member of the Saratoga Springs Universal Preservation Hall Board of Directors formed to save the historic Universal Baptist Church building on Washington Street. He is on the advisory boards of Berkshire Bank and The Lally School of Management and Technology at R.P.I.

Pfeil Vice President CMD Deane@pfeilco.com	Deane Pfeil is a New York State-licensed real estate broker and an ICSC-Certified Marketing Director with award-winning marketing and corporate communications skills. A knowledgeable marketing consultant, she has provided a broad range of services to retailers, developers, and municipalities - from market analyses and site evaluations to leasing, marketing and tenant representation. Deane, a 1996 graduate of leadership Saratoga, is on the board of trustees of  Saratoga Care and Sage Colleges and is a member of the Steering Committee of  The Forum for Executive Women.
